Waterloo is the first gin ever distilled in Texas, born in the Hill Country outside of Austin and built on a philosophy that gin doesn't have to be sharp or harsh. Instead of the heavy juniper punch of a traditional London Dry, Waterloo goes its own direction — floral, balanced, and smooth — using nine locally sourced Texas botanicals like lavender, grapefruit, and pecan, all distilled with limestone-filtered spring water.
