Corbin Cash Distillery is based on their family farm in Merced CA, founded in 1917 by the great great grandfather of master distiller, David Souza. Primarily a sweet potato farm, David began distilling their cash crop in the early aughts in an act to promote a sustainable and waste free farming operation.
All spirits are planted, grown, harvested, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled on the farm. Genuinely seed to sip, truly handcrafted products.
