Cotton Hollow is a small whiskey company based in Bardstown, Kentucky, the heart of bourbon country. They began as an idea in 2008 when the founder, Darren Lincoln, wanted to create a whiskey company that produces special bourbons and ryes in small batches, unfiltered, and high proof. It took 5 years of hard work and a lot of money to bring Cotton Hollow Distilling bourbons to the store shelves but in 2013, their first batch (a 4 year old Kentucky Bourbon at 93 proof) hit the shelves in Texas and the entire batch was sold out of Texas in just 2 months.
